Quadzilla Xzillaraider Performance Chip

The Quadzilla Xzillaraider module turned out to be a great solution for the 6.0L Powerstroke. With built-in engine monitoring, the Xzillaraider is designed to be the safest module built for the 6.0L Ford, permitting gains up to 160hp/300 lb-ft of torque. Features full adjustability on the fly, and said to lower exhaust temperatures all while increasing your fuel economy up to four miles per gallon. The Commander will allow you to control your module based on most of the monitored parameters, and it also has the ability to data log the monitored parameters so you can play them back or download them to your pc. The Commander will also allow control over multiple power modules at the same time.

Installation of the Quadzilla Xzillaraider
1. Remove keys from ignition and pop the hood. Lay out the supplied engine harness, keeping it away from sharp and hot objects. Locate the ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) sensor and unplug it. Connect the Quadzilla plug into the ECT sensor. Then connect the factory end directly into the Quadzilla connector. (The Quadzilla system is designed to manipulate the factory settings to give you the power you want without leaving any trace it was ever installed.)
2. Locate the EOT (Engine Oil Temperature) sensor and unplug it. Connect the Quadzilla plug into the EOT sensor. Then connect the factory end directly into the Quadzilla connector.
3. Locate the ICP (Injector Control Pressure) sensor and unplug it. Connect the Quadzilla plug into the ICP sensor. Then connect the factory end directly into the  Quadzilla connector.
4. Locate the MAP (Manifold Air Pressure) sensor and unplug it. Connect the Quadzilla plug into the MAP sensor. Then connect the factory end directly into the Quadzilla connector.
5. Route the remaining wire through the factory hole in the firewall on the driver's side by the steering shaft. Pull the excess slack inside the cab and plug the Xzillaraider to the harness.

Installation of the Quadzilla Commander
1. Locate the driver side exhaust manifold from the underneath. Drill a 21/64 hole into the exhaust manifold. Using a 1/8NPT tap the drilled hole. Screw in the thermocouple bushing into the manifold. Insert the supplied thermocouple into the bushing and tighten the locking nut.
2. Lay the supplied wiring harness out so that the large two-wire harness (orange and black wire) reaches the thermocouple. Connect to the thermocouple.
3. Locate the MAP sensor and connect the supplied wire tap to the Xzillaraider wiring, middle wire, (already in place). Connect the blue wire to the wire tap
4. Locate the ECT and connect the supplied wire tap to Xzillaraider wiring, and connecting the orange to the tap.
5. Locate the high-pressure test port on the transmission. (driver side) Remove plug. Use Teflon tape and screw the temperature probe and fitting into the test port. Route the purple wire to the temperature sensor and tighten wire.
6. Go over the wiring harness and secure it using the supplied zip-ties. Insert remaining wire through the firewall pulling the excess into the cab.
7. Locate a ground bolt, remove and attach the black wire, then reinstall the bolt.
8. Open the fuse box under the dash. Remove fuse #45 and install fuse tap over the leg of the fuse (hot side) and re-install.
9. Connect Commander plug to Xzillaraider plug.
10. Mount control module on dash with supplied hardware. Start truck and follow the steps to program the Commander on your dash.

Truck Covers USA American Roll Cover

The American Roll Cover is designed to expertly fit virtually every make and model of pickup truck sold today. It has been uniquely engineered to adapt to roll bars, and accommodate both factory and aftermarket accessories. The American Roll Cover is double-wall constructed using strong, lightweight aluminum, and the cover alone is able to support +500 lbs. In an effort to reduce scratching, the cover is finished with a durable textured powder coating. A unique, flex-tube water drain system and wider side rail seals ensure that unfavorable weather conditions will not lead to rust, or mechanical problems. The American Roll Cover features a specialized locking system that keeps your load safe and your truck bed secure. The retractable cover is tension driven for ease of movement, and has a stop and lock point every 12 inches. This means you have the option of an open truck bed, a closed truck bed, or a partially open truck bed to provide just the right amount and it comes complete with a two-year warranty.

Install Steps
This is really a two-person job.  While everything except the canister placement can be done by one person, it is best and quicker to have a buddy there to lend a helping hand.
1. Place the canister in the back of the bed.  Making sure it is centered between the rails. If there is a lip from the factory side railing, install the provided weather striping.
2. Slide the rails into the canister so they are flush with the canister and even with the back of the bed. Measure the width of the cover and the width between the rails at the back of the bed.  Make sure there is at least an 1/8" difference.  After the side rails are at the proper width, place the shims between the railing and the side of the bed and install the clamp.   Start with the clamps at the end of the bed. (Note: if there is a clip from the factory railing in the way, remove it.)
3. Once the clamps are installed, test to make sure the cover slides easy.  Insert the cover into the rails and pull the cover closed.  Measure each side (cover to rail) to make sure there is only a 1/16" gap.
4. Tighten the locking bracket on the canister.  This will prevent the cover from rolling all the way back inside of the canister and scratching the lock against the cover.
5. With the railing adjusted properly, finish clamping the railing down. Place the canister cover on the canister lining up the holes.  Screw the cover on and install the caps.
6. Adjust the cover to make sure when its closed, it is flush with the rails and tailgate.  Loosen the adjustment screw on one side. Pull the cover flush and tighten the screw.
7. Loosen the other adjustment screw. Pull the cover flush and tighten screw.
8.  Verify the cover now shuts to the end of the railing and is flush with the tailgate. If so, drill a pilot holed for the locking screw. Install the locking screw and tighten.
9. Take your hole saw out and drill a hole for the drain hole.  (Make sure the drill bit isn't sticking out past the saw too much.  If it is, there is a possibility to drill a hole in the cab while cutting a hole in the bed.) Drill a hole under each side of the canister for the drain.
10 Spray a rust prohibitor on the hole and install the grommet.  Hook up the drain tubing from the canister and put it through the grommet.  Make sure there is enough to fit through the grommet that when water if flowing it won't flex and pull out.
11. Super Duties Only: If you have a bed liner, take a knife and scrap the lining off to make room for the drain hose. Spray a rust prohibitor on the hole. Hook up the drain tubing from the railing and put it through the hole.  Make sure there is enough to fit through the grommet that when water if flowing it won't flex and pull out.
12. Remove the Velcro from the strap and install it on the under side of the railing.  This will keep the strap handy and out of the way.
