9. You will now have access to the factory heater block.

10a, 10b, 10c. Remove the ground cable that's attached to the heater block and carefully lift it off the engine. For safety, stuff a rag in the opening to keep debris out of the engine.

11. The CFM+ intake kit comes with a set of studs which are to be installed in the heater block. Follow the instructions carefully for this install.

12. With the newly supplied gasket in place, the studs are installed in the heater block.

13.a, 13b A wiring harness stud will be reused from the original intake manifold. Be careful not to overtighten it when installing the stud in the CFM+ manifold.

14. With the enclosed gasket in place, the new CFM+ manifold can be positioned on the heater block. Rather than skimp on gaskets, Fastcore provided genuine Mopar gaskets with the intake.

15. As per the instructions, use the provided washers and Nylock nuts to bolt it down.

16. The manifold is then slipped into the boost couple and the hose clamp is tightened to spec.

17. the final step of the install is to re-attach the dipstick tube and wiring harness on the back of the manifold.

18. the finished install should look like this. Adds a little bling under the hood while improving airflow.
