If there's someone willing to put the kind of power the 5.9L is making to a stock driveline, they should join Wile E. Coyote on an ACME shopping spree because the end result would be just as explosive. Not a fan of scattering parts all over the race track, Jerad went with an Extreme transmission from ATS. Adding more strength to the driveline are ATS billet input and output shafts. The factory valve body went the way of the wind and was replaced with a standalone race valve body from ATS and an ATS Co-Pilot transmission controller.  Mated to the heavy-duty tranny is an ATS Five Star Viscous torque converter and Profab transfer case. In case the driveshaft becomes the weak link, a PDI driveshaft safety loop kit was added.

Jerad kept the underside of the truck mostly factory. The Dodge runs 3.73 gears and a Mag-Hytec diff cover sits on the rear differential housing. The only other modifications to the rear end come in the form of PDI stopping blocks. With the rest of the suspension, that's a different story.

Now what's both cool and cruel at the same time is that instead of cramming such amazing guts in a stripped down shell, Jerad used a new Megacab to wrap the package. Not only that, he added a 6-inch lift by Superlift with dual Bilstein remote reservoir shocks in the front and Bilsteins in the rear. Filling at the wheel wells are 35x12.5-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires around 18x10-inch chrome wheels. The chrome continues into the bed where PDI stacks protrude behind the cab. A simple yet affective graphics scheme livens up the white exterior.

The inside of the Dodge features the bare essentials as far as aftermarket components are concerned. The main additions are two Autometer gauges on the steering column to monitor boost and EGTs and Autometers on the A-pillar to keep track of transmission temperature and oil pressure. Oh yeah, can't forget the Bully Dog floormats either. Other than that, the interior is basic. Well, that's if you call accommodations like leather seats and a factory navigation system basic.

Building a truck for sled pulling competitions with killer good looks, comfortable interior and more than 1,000 horsepower available with the mash of the throttle isn't easy. But for Jerad and the rest of the PDI team, they made it look that way.

The ATS Coolflow Intercooler sits front and center, taking up some prime real estate while cooling off the intake charge.

Superlift's kit raises the Dodge 6 inches. The dual front shocks are from Bilstein and Jerad did some trimming on the inner fender liner to keep the ATS Arc-Flow Intake fed with cool air from outside of the engine compartment.

Four Autometer gauges fill the cockpit. The two on the steering column monitor boost and EGT's while the two on the A-Pillar track transmission temperature and oil pressure.
