Here's how the brass manual valves look from underneath the chassis (both with and without lines attached). Aero feels this method is better than using electrical valves or a gravity-feed.

Included with the tank is a Fram fuel filter/water separator, for extra protection against contamination. The filter bracket is mounted on the frame just forward of the rear wheel well.

Prime the system by filling the filter with fuel prior to installation, and pumping fuel through all the lines.

A separate gauge and fuse is included with the tank.

Use the mounting tabs as a guide to drill holes for the mounting bolts.

Aero offers a wide range of factory replacement tanks as well.

Prior to installation and painting with enamel, the factory replacement tanks are pressure-tested in with an air hose.

Aero manufactures all of its tank in-house, and can accommodate requests for custom setups.

Additional lines run through the fuel cooler as well.
